I'm pregnant with my 3rd and have used all the different types of nursing pillows. I'm short so the boppy is too large for me, the My Breast Friend one that latches behind is to hard to use and others aren't effective. I borrowed a friend Snuggle me nursing pillow and it was perfect. It's shaped like a crescent moon so it tapers down on the sides. However it's pricey - almost $80 and I couldn't justify buying one. But I found this pillow that is exactly the same for a fraction of the price and it looks cute in the nursery!
