This is the best instant coffee I have tried. It's mild in flavor and has no bitter aftertaste. It is expensive but, in my opinion, worth the price as it's a great quality.

While this works great to make a single cup of coffee, I love it to add a spike to my pot of coffee in the morning when I need it. I've also grown to love light roast coffees -- must better tasting than the burnt flavors of all dark roasts and most medium roasts.

This tastes really good. I'm snobby about my coffee. First discovered this option as an easy coffee for camping, but am now on week 4 of post-hurricane non-potable water coming through the taps, and this starbucks instant has been a life-saver. It's easy to make, tastes awesome, and there is no coffee maker clean-up required. I tried the medium roast but it had that burned flavor you sometimes find in a dark roast. The starbucks blonde is the way to go.
