I bought this too add a cymbal to my starter set (new drummer, long time musician) and I ended up coming back for a second one. They seem really well made and work as they should. Probably a little beefier than the pearl stands that came with my kit. Very happy with them.

I don't gig. Just needed another solid cymbal stand. Very happy with this one. I have several other things attached to it too, and it is very stable and solid.

I was surprised on how sturdy this stand is and I haven't added any cymbals to it yet. I had a set of DW stands that I am replacing these with. The DWs in my opinion are too bulky and heavy. These make a great alternative, I bought 2 of these.

Took me less than 5 minutes to set this up. The quality is superb. I am not in any kind of gig playing band where I have to take it from place to place and can not speak to how it would hold up over the long haul but do play for fun in my house and at Church (With a different set). The stand feels very sturdy, has some weight to it and feels like it would hold up for quite a while. This is perfect for me to practice. The stand has a very solid sturdy feel and took minimal time to get it going.
