Clear plastic (probably to protect from corrosion post manufacturing, pre-sale) is annoying to remove. I mounted this to the back wall of my camper and it works. However, I'm not sure how sturdy this is. When the Starlink Mini dish is mounted, the arm seems to wobble a good amount. The arm is a little floppy. I have since driven 55MPH and haven't lost the dish yet. However, I purchased another flush mount to mount the dish directly on the roof.

This stamped metal bracket has not been deburred in any way. There are large sharp raised burrs on the aluminum puck and continuously on every edge of the bracket. The plastic sheeting that was on the metal before it was stamped has not been removed and the tilt bracket parts have been assembled over it. This means in order to remove the blue and white plastic film, one needs to completely disassemble this thing.The puck has only a single central threaded hole, and no anti-rotation features. It can be spun around by wind or vibration, ruining alignment.Besides that, the overall design is not bad. It is very lightweight and not terribly sturdy, but the Mini is not very heavy and there are situations where a lightweight bracket are useful. It is not worth the price in the condition they ship it now. I wouldn't pay more than $5 for this as it is, needing to do all the deburring and film weeding work myself. It could be worth the price if they cleaned up their manufacturing processes and tapped an anti rotation screw hole in the puck.
