The Chefclub Kids Around the World cookbook is fantastic! My 9-year-old got it as a Christmas present and absolutely loves it. The recipes are fun and easy to follow, and the pretzel recipe was a huge hit—it turned out delicious! This book is perfect for getting kids excited about cooking and trying foods from different cultures. Highly recommend!

More than one of my kids younger than 10 love this set for a variety of reasons. First, the recipe book and all components are vibrant and colorful, which attracts the eyes of little ones. The recipes so far have been easy to follow and it lets the kids explore the kitchen and cooking (with supervision). They also enjoyed placing the flags on the map and that provided an educational opportunity to learn geography. The measuring cups are just okay in that they are not heavy duty. They work but the plastic is just meh. Color and characters on the handle are great. Overall, I would recommend this if you have a kid that is interested in cooking!edit to add that I forgot to mention that the measuring cup characters/colors coincide with the recipes to help the kids know which one to use. For instance, it may have a picture of the cat beside an ingredient so you know to use that measuring cup for the ingredient. Super easy for the kids to pick up.

This is a wonderful kit for any child who has inclinations towards being a chef (even if they just want to learn a few basics). I was overly impressed with the build quality, and the information is written well enough so that any child (within the appropriate age group) should be able to follow along and have fun along the way! I can't recommend this one highly enough!

I like the concept of this better than the actual box that arrived. The cookbook is fun, and the utensils and supplies are colorful, but they feel fairly inexpensive. The concept is cute, but I would recommend supplies that are more durable.

I recently got the Chefclub Measuring Cups for my kids, and I have to say, they’ve completely transformed our baking routine! We decided to make cookies together, and the whole experience was a blast, thanks to these fun measuring cups.First off, the colorful characters make the whole process feel like a game. Instead of the usual, boring cup sizes, we had Mauritius the Chef for the 1 cup, Elvis the Pig for the ½ cup, and so on. My little one couldn't stop giggling as they scooped flour and sugar using these adorable, friendly faces. It really added an element of fun to the kitchen, making them more excited to help out.Not only are these measuring cups playful, but they’re also super practical. The soft, flexible handles made it easy for my child to grip and scoop without struggling or spilling. I loved that they were made from non-toxic plastic, so I didn’t have to worry about safety while they were busy in the kitchen. Plus, they’re microwave and freezer safe, so I’m sure they’ll come in handy for other recipes down the road. What really stood out, though, was the little 200-page recipe book that came with the cups. The step-by-step illustrations made following the cookie recipe so easy, even for my younger one. There are no words, just pictures, which means they could understand the steps without needing to read. The bonus video recipes were a fun touch too—my kids loved watching them before diving into the next batch of cookies. All in all, these measuring cups were a hit! They made baking an engaging, educational, and safe experience for my kids, and I loved seeing their confidence grow as they helped make cookies from start to finish. Highly recommend if you want to get your little chefs involved in the kitchen!

We homeschool, and we cook a lot together. My oldest kids go to culinary classes. All of my kids help in the kitchen a lot. We've done around the world cooking subscriptions, etc.One thing that impressed me about this cookbook is the pages. I've never seen them before in a cookbook. They are like laminated/plastic coated or something, and I looked at the description and it says they are waterproof and washable which I think is a very cool idea for a kids' cookbook or even any cookbook. That said, mine were all "stuck" together. I gently separated them, and only one was affected by this (and not very much)- I've included a photo.I love introducing kids to new foods and especially foods from different cultures. I noticed that one recipe has smoked salmon which I think a lot of kids probably haven't tried. Looking through the recipes, they seem simple but not ordinary. I think this cookbook will be perfect for my five-year-old twins. Really, I think even my older kids will enjoy it. The layout of the pages looks really nice, and the recipes look interesting to try.I have mixed feelings about the measuring cups. The ingredients list tells you how much you need of something (like 1/3 cups), but the recipe shows the measuring cups by the animal on each one. I think this is cute, and it will make it easier for young kids to pick the correct measuring cup. But, I will definitely be telling my kids the proper names, because learning fractions and figuring out amounts is a learning element (and important aspect) of cooking. It will be easy to convert them though.I feel like the current price of $30 for this set is fair considering you get the kid themed measuring cups and the cookbook that probably costs more to make than a traditional cookbook, because of the pages. I don't know if the pages sticking will be a re-occurring thing or a one-time thing (b/c it's new). If it's an issue, I'll update this review. I do feel like the issue was more because it was new print, never been opened with these unique pages. I flipped back through it later, and the pages seemed fine. The cookbook also included stickers and a map.The diversity of the countries is good. They have Algeria, Kenya, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, Japan, South Korea, China, India, Turkey, Russia, UK, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, France. All of the recipes have a "cute" take on them, which I think kids will enjoy. This would make a cute gift for a budding chef!I look at reviews a lot while shopping. I hope this review helps!
