面に結構な丸みがあり、一般的な平たいデザインよりも簡単に掬いやすく、使い勝手が良いと感じた。長さは手持ちの木べらと同サイズ。今までの2ー3cm短いタイプのターナーと比較すると、火から遠く、熱さが気にならなくて良いと実感する。シリーズの別種の購買欲を掻き立てられた。（他レビューによるとトングは使い難いらしいからそれ以外で）ただ、木製部分の穴には防水加工があるのかが判らず、洗浄や調理時による変色が無いか気になるところ。

I really like this. Very comfy in my hand and when I stir fry in the wok it scoops up the food and sauce cleanly.

同じStaubのグラタン皿からの取り分けに最高です。写真でイメージするよりも素材が硬く、鶏もも肉をフライパンで焼いていく時に肉をぐぐっと押さえたくらいでは反りません。非常に良く出来た商品です。焦がしたりして使えなくなったらまた買います！
