4 stars because of odor. Using in vacuum pump for a harvest right freeze dryer. Not a strong odor. I use it for deep cleaning the pump - but I switch to Black Gold when freeze drying.

My local tractor supply doesn’t carry it anymore. I used to get it local for $14.99. This is the only place I could find it so I had to purchase. Works well in keeping my vacuum pump clean. No residual taste on my food in my freeze dryer.

IT MIGHT BE PERFECT for dairy, and it probably said so in the add, but i was in a hurry. "NOT FOR HVAC&R" SHOULD BE IN BOLD, Maybe a heading like: "VACUUME PUMP OIL FOR DAIRY- NOT HVAC." None the less, my bad.

Run great in harvest right seems to run a little quieter and less hot would highly recommend 👍👍 pro tip if you run you pump before you start next batch it will suck up rest on water machine and you can open drain again to remove the excesseThank me later

Last time i checked this oil, while it works great and keeps a freeze dryer pump cleaner than anything else i’ve used, also voids the warranty. May want to double check with the manufacturer or wait till the dryer is out of warranty. In 2017 it definitely voided the warranty.
