No USA support that I could find online. I could not get the caps off to install the handles as they are installed too tightly....probably by machine. I could not get 6 speeds to work, only 1 and it was high. It slung wax all over me, my black Mercedes SL550 and my garage floor. I am not impressed at all with this product, and I waited too long to use it so I am stuck with it. I will never use it again.

Using this to wax our boat. Works just like one my dad had years ago, but sturdier. Highly recommend!!

Depending on your ultimate use, you will either like or love this polisher. I love it when using sporadically to buff/polish my car or operate in areas that are easy to access. But when I was holding the unit on a ladder in overhead position or in tight corners, not so much. The weight of the unit starts to take its toll, and the handle can get in the way a bit. But overall, the product is solid, works well, and came with plenty of pads/accessories. The quality seems good, but durability is a question that takes time to answer. With my usage needs, I think it will last a long time.
