Great target. 55 FMJ work great but keep the 62 LAP away from it.

I wanted to try it with .223 because of the price, thinking it will never survive ! Incredible resistant, even few bullet with .308... For that price cannot do better !

Came fast. Very sturdy, and good protective finish. Brackets worked perfect with 1inch EMT conduit. The hangers fit the conduit perfectly, but do not fit the round holes on most 1/2 inch AR500 steel targets due to being square cut, with a sharp curve. They do fit some of the square hole targets, however. Just something to keep in mind if you already have targets with round holes. Overall good product, and price.

Just put about 500 rounds on this steel - 30.06, 303 British, 223, etc. - at 50m and it stood up well. A few tiny impact marks, but no chipping or real wear. Really impressive steel. Will be picking up a few more sizes. Highly recommend.

The items are well made and finished but the leg pegs will NOT fit some 1" electrical conduit and will likely require 1 1/4", they are about 1/16" too wide for 1" conduit. I tried grinding and it will be simpler to buy 1 1/4" conduit for the legs and use 1" for the cross bar. I likely could have pounded the leg pegs into 1" conduit but I would have had to cut them out. UPDATE: I changed my rating after finding a different brand of 1" conduit and it did fit and I was able to use it. My suggestion is to bring a leg bracket and check before you buy anything. So it all worked out.

Works better than I thought it would. Simple design that can be assembled by one person. Two people does make it a bit easier. It handled the weight of (6) 3/8” ar500 targets with no issues. It would be nice to be able to purchase additional hangers separately. The legs are a bit of a tight fit into the conduit is the only thing to nitpick really.

Used this at 75 yards, was hit with several 30-06 and .303 British FMJ’s. Damage was just tiny pits smaller than dimples on a golf ball. Very impressed, plus the sound is very satisfying!

I used 3/4" conduit and just smashed (ovaled) the ends slightly to fit the stand legs in. 3/4" conduit is much cheaper than 1" and i have 5 other target stands made from it that have lasted 5+ years. The target hangers aren't great for smaller/lighter ar500 plates, if you hit them hard with a large caliber they might fly off. Use rubber bungees for those. Probaly suited best for large/heavy ar500 targets. I used these hangers for a 12×20 and they work great.
