The older Toro mowers had a "cheap" plastic (snap in place) throttle control that would easily break. The replacement control was over $100.00. The newer Toro mowers have a throttle control very similar to this one that bolts in. With a drill and a couple of 1/4" x 1" bolts with lock nuts I had the lever installed in less than 15 minutes. For the Toro Time cutter 50" mower, I cut about a foot of control cable and housing then bent the end to hook to the throttle linkage. Works better than new. I installed this cable on a Toro Titan ZX 4800. Drill the two holes bolt the controller and hook up the cable. perfect fit without cutting the cable..

I put it on a Dixon 60" zero turn tractor. It's 4" longer than the one I replaced but it just curves around the back farther. No issues. Easy install.

The cable was slightly long but thats fine. The stick went to high so I had to cut the metal on the tiller for it to fit right. If it wasn't for that I would have given it a 5 star.

This cable was a replacement for my oiginal plastic lever'd cable on my lawn mower and had to be mounted in a different location on the handle. It filled all of those needs. Easy to remount on a 1" handle by drilling 2 holes thru the handle. Routed it around numeerous bends, some sharp bends using cable ties on each side of bend. Clamped it down to my carburator and it works great. Just the right tension to hold it at any position. And the handle is made of good stuf, like it will last.
