This switch should be designed with a solid base to avoid smashing while mounting. Highly recommend filling the cavities on the base with epoxy or similar product. This is a must!

The tabs when you are looking at them will have one that is stamped NC/NO. This is a NC switch for the parking brake to start the tractor, it fits perfectly in place of the old one. My drive belt fell off at night and I thought it was on correctly but it was rubbing the original switch and burned it off the frame mount. I was able to snip the old small rivets and re-install the new ones
