I originally ordered this belt for my 05/2011 LTX 1046 in 2019. I am just now, 5 years later, ordering a replacement. Nuff said.

I bought this for my cub cadet LTX 1046 lawn tractor, and between this and a YouTube video, had my machine back up and running in about an hour. The belt seems sturdy and I expect it to provide years of life.

Good quality belt, but it fits a little loose. Probably needs to be about a 1/2 to 3/4 " shorter

When I try to return this item it says that it is not eligible for returns. I've spent too much time not only troubleshooting this wrong-sized belt but trying to return it. If someone wants to reach out to me for a return, I'm happy to update this review. The belt was not the advertised 103 1/4 inches size. It fit snug on my Craftsman lawn mower. I figured it was just a new belt and just wasn't evenly distributed across the pulleys. When trying to engage the blades, the too-tight belt damaged my lawn mower, bent the blade engage lever so that it now misses the safety switch. I had to take apart the back of the lawn mower to bend back the lever as best I could, but had to bypass the safety switch. It took a few weeks of troubleshooting to figure that much out. After discovering the bent lever, decided to measure the belt and it was only 99 inches. So I went to a local big box store, bought a 103 inch belt and that belt worked like a charm.

I replace belts on my Sears 22HP commercial grade mower due to breakage about twice a year. I also have to replace at least one spindle annually because I work my mower hard.. I mow about an acre. Springtime is always worst with fast new growth and only able to mow when lawn is at least partially dry. In Oregon that can be difficult. I mow lawns, orchard, garden and small field area to make a path to my chicken and cow barn. Some areas are over a foot in height when I mow. I mow with full throttle and I mow slow in high grass areas. Have to be careful with such heavy grass as it is hard on every part of the mower, I replace with the highest quality belts from Sears or Gates Heavy Duty Belts. Typical cost is about $35 for those belts locally. I bought one last year and had to replace it after 2 hours use (they warranteed it for free though). I bought 2 of these belts early this year after breaking an old Gates belt. I was expecting low cost belt with early breakage, but thought I would try it for the cost. I have used my first belt about 4 times now under the harshest Spring conditions. It is holding up.... HARD, HIGH BUNCH GRASS. I have been mowing slowly as usual, it made it perfectly. I am convinced this a commercial grade belt. Recommend it to anyone.

Great price compared to local stores and fits my Troy Built 2246 just fine. It even survived my running over some cable that was hiding in the grass and binding up the blades. There was smoke but the belt held up. Not sure how long it will last but Id buy from here again if I need to.Update : It turns out that this belt is garbage. After several mows it became really loose and kept slipping off. It finally broke, got tangled and completely destroyed my engine pulley. Ill just pay the extra for a good belt from a different vendor.
