This is a PWM driver, NOT a stepper motor driver. You need an actual stepper motor driver tied to this thing to make it work. Note attached schematic

No documentation. I torched a stepper driver figuring it out. It’s inexpensive so I shouldn’t expect too much from it. But it costs the same as a reasonably capable stepper motor, yet wouldn’t have the power to drive that motor. I would have liked it more if it had an integrated stepper driver. Still, it’s underpowered even at 24v.
