Perfect item for my needs. Loved the quick turnaround from ordering to receiving the product. Ease of application was great along with leaving the product on for a longer period of time.

Love these only gave it 4 stars because they don't offer more than 15. Ppl that use island dressing go through them fast. Companies need to offer more quantities. Also it advertised water proof but doesn't last long if you shower with it. I have hidradenitis and we have flares that can last weeks or months. It's very expensive to buy these. Also after wearing them so long my skin gets irritated

This is the best bandage for large areas after surgery. Stays on and is a perfect size

I was really disappointed with these wound dressings. They were harsh on my skin and even tore some of it off, which was incredibly painful—especially after surgery. Using them was a terrible experience, and I deeply regret purchasing them. I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before buying these, as they may cause more harm than good.

These 4x6-inch bandages are highly effective for daily wound care, especially during post-surgery recovery, as the mild adhesive is gentle enough to avoid discomfort when removing, yet still provides secure coverage. The gauze pad holds firm and stays in place, even with some movement, and offers good absorbency, making it suitable for keeping wounds clean and managing seepage. However, they are not waterproof and will need to be replaced after exposure to water, like during showers. The bandages feature a soft, non-stick dressing that offers good cushioning and doesn’t adhere to the wound, while the adhesive extends beyond the gauze, helping the bandage stay securely in place longer. They work well with barrier films and are ideal for first-aid needs like skinned knees. Some may find the adhesive a bit strong during removal, but overall, the bandages provide reliable protection and are more affordable than most local pharmacy options, even if the price is slightly higher than expected.

Works perfectly for wounds that need daily changes such as post surgery recovery as the adhesive is pretty mild so it comes off without ripping your hair off but works better than plain gauze and surgical tape. Great for keeping wounds clean and the gauze pad stays in place for any seepage. Works well with barrier films and holds firm - but they are not water resistant so you will need to change it after a shower, etc. They are non-sterile so keep that in mind in case you need to apply any ointments or creams to them before use. Overall great to have on hand for first aid for skinned knees as well. Price is a bit high at almost a dollar per pad but they are still cheaper than my local pharmacy offers them.

These 4x6" are perfect for a 3 1/2 " suture when you are a guy and can hardly reach your low back. I can't believe how hard they were to find amongst all the 3x5s and 4 x 8s.

I ordered this to keep in my first aid kit. Unfortunately, we had to use it on a scraped knee. The bandage adheres very well. The gauze area is ample size to keep the glue part from sticking to the wound. Quality is comparable to other brands.
