I bought this for my IT classes. So I didn’t intend to use it for gaming just needed something faster to process things. It worked fine for the first day then the video graphics card stopped working and I tried calling the company to ask them for assistance and got no response customer service was no customer service at all would suggest not to get this product at all I will return it for a refund

Waste of money. Bought two of these for my wife and I as a first gaming setup. The first day they worked great, on the second day after the windows update the graphics card went out. My wife got a few more days out of hers until the same issue happened. Immediately returning after getting no help from customer service.

IF I COULD PUT A 1 STAR I WOULD. DONT BUY. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I bought this for my girlfriend and it worked fine for 5 days. But when I updated the windows it broke it. Everything got zoomed in. I checked the resolution and couldn't change it. I googled I asked Microsoft support and they couldn't fix it. I have done everything but nothing would fix it. Different monitor didn't fix. Different HDMI still didn't fix. So I am returning it. The mouse was horrible it was rattling inside and broke the same day I got it. I researched more and found out that the Stagurbron brand is an off brand Chinese scam people where they just take old parts and resell it. EVEN THE GRAPHICS CARD WASNT CORRECT. In the device management it said "Microsoft basic driver adapter". Not the Nivida RTX 2060 that the site said it is. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. I am disappointed and annoyed so if your thinking of getting this one. Dont.

Everything was. Working fine when I tested it on my daughter's tv. But when we got the full setup and. Windows updated, my screen is now zoomed in and I can't. Do anything bun display settings and my display adapters say Microsoft basic display adapter???Been trying everything vee can look up and still can't fix the zoom in problem.Looks like. I may need a new graphics card from whatmy husband thinks... If anyone knows the problem, let me know
