Sound quality for input and output is poor. I did call customer support and they suggested to purchase a headset and sent me a 15.00 credit towards the purchase which was appreciated. However it did not solve the poor sound for output. Otherwise the computer works well for the price.

I adore this computer. Literally no issues so far and allows me to play the few games I have downloaded as am able to check my emails and handle the kids school. It’s perfect for me. The only downfall is my daughter loves the light up keyboard and demands to smack all the keys as im using it 😂😂❤️

My daughter has been begging me for a gaming station for months, and I was finally able to surprise her with this computer for Christmas! While it's not technically a "gaming" computer, it’s the perfect fit for her needs. She mostly plays simple games like Roblox, so this computer is more than enough to handle it without breaking the bank.The size of the computer is ideal for her new desk, and I love how everything is built into the monitor—super sleek and space-saving. But the best feature, hands down, is the light-up keyboard, mouse, and mouse pad! My daughter absolutely loves it, and it adds that extra touch of excitement to her setup.For the price and what we needed it for, this computer was perfect. I’m so glad we didn’t go for a thousand-dollar gaming PC. This is the ideal "starter" computer for her, and it makes me feel confident that we made the right choice.I couldn’t be happier with this purchase—great value and exactly what we needed. Five stars!

Careful and robust packing protected the product well. Started perfectly.The cheesy, wired keyboard lacked ergonomics and was immediately discarded. Wired mouse was meh! Good value for the money!

Pros: Set up easily, is fast.Cons: keyboard keys are gray on black, hard to see keyboard is bulky, didn't care for lighting monitor has a lot of glare in a light room, not an anti-glare screenAm swapping out keyboard, and looking into anti-glare screen.

I'm a PC tech and bought this for a customer of mine. Price is cheaper than others with same specs and has bonus lit keyboard and mouse pad. Comes packaged very well. Second one I have purchased, would strongly recommend STG USA, Tech support number right on their all in one as well.

This product is highly unrealizable and of bad quality . The system got shut down with in a month and didn’t start . This is a Chinese product so totally bad bad .
