I got this for my wife for Christmas. I didn’t buy into the idea but I am a changed man lol. After drinking only this filtered water, I can taste the tap water when I rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth. It makes a big difference in taste and all the stuff it filters. My kids love it.We keep this filtering system near the sink so we can refill it easier. Our sink head is a hose too. You cannot directly wire a water line to it but that’s not an issue for our use.

Purchased on December 3rd. For the first month of moderate use( because I also have another water filter) filter worked fairly uneventfully. Following started making loud air cavitation noise. Soon after stopped working with various errors like "not enough pure water" or E1. The fix each time was to unplug and replug the RO filter or unplug power plus plug back RO filter. There's not enough mileage on the the RO filter to be bad already. All in all I'm skeptical of this brand product, might have to get a different brand soon because I'm not sure it's worth gambling the cost of another RO filter to see if it fixes - but if it does the question if the RO Filter is good for only two months of moderate use??03/11/2025: Stopped working in less that 3 months of very light use for a single person. My conservative advice avoid this brand. I just placed on order another unit from a different manufacturer.

This little water system makes water taste fresh and clean and tasteless.....the way water should be. Keeping the tank full is the hardest part because I use the water for everything.... watering my plants, making coffee, cooking oatmeal. Everything tastes better with clean water. This system was well worth the cost. My only worry is finding the filters when it's time to replace them.*Update* A month and a half after purchasing, the system gave me an E1 error that I could not clear. I followed all of the instructions to the letter but the system would not work. I contacted customer service by phone and received a call back within an hour. The rep was very nice and listened to everything I spent two hours doing and then had me walk through the process again. After she determined that it was an issue with the water system she gave me instructions on how to request a replacement system. Within a week customer service had sent me a new system and I am finally drinking good tasting water again. The customer service is top notch and I would definitely purchase from them again.

Easy to use. Easy to set up. Easy to refill. Filtered water tastes amazing good. This "Lite" unit is great for one person - or maybe two. The carafe holds 1 liter, internal pure filtered water is 1 liter, the tap water tank is 3.2 liters, so every using 2 liters of pure filtered water and you are dump-rinse-refilling the tap water tank. Easy to do, quick to accomplish, but it is a step that has to be done about every half-gallon of pure filtered water consumed. Make sure you have place to set it up that is near/next to a sink! Works great for me and I am highly satisfied with my purchase and would recommend!

This is a very compact and easy to use water filtration system. The setup instructions are easy to follow, a step-by-step guide is included. The water tasted great, controls are easy to use, the waste water is minimal. However, after the first few uses the content of the entire refill tank leaked over the counter, into the drawers, and over the floor. we thought maybe we put the tank in wrong, so simply refilled it and super-carefully placed it back into its spot. The same thing happened. I contacted support. They responded super-fast via email with a list of potential problems/solutions. We tried all of the suggestions given. After having the kitchen flood several more times we narrowed it down to the floater in the internal tank not working, which means the unit continued to filter water into that internal tank even so it was full, which lead to it overflowing. Initially it looked as if we found the problem and fixed it... Until a few refills later the same thing happened again. We got the it to work again only to have the same thing happen again after a couple of refills.Unfortunately the unit appeared faulty and unfortunately had to return it. The water tasted great and this is a great price, however since this was such a hassle and mess to continuously clean up we decided go with a different unit. Still would recommend this unit and give it 5 stars for the ease of use, price, and great taste, but our particular unit was faulty.

Love this counter top RO filtration system. My input TDS is always over 450 and my output TDS is always under10. A separate meter is always within 1 or 2 points of what the machine tells me.Simple. Quiet. Easy to use. Turns the nastiest tap water into an enjoyable experience.Good water turns coffee, tea or any drink mix into an enjoyable experience.Excellent customer service. Had a question and received an immediate response. I'd give it 10 stars, if I could.

It’s a great RO water filtering system. Portable, low noise when pumping and no installation required. Pitcher is made solid material, glass like. Built in UV light helps to clean water from algae and other contaminants.Wish there was a larger water holding tank so less trip to fill it up and wish the mineral filter could be built into the system instead of separately.Overall the system is great filtering clean drinking water and tastes naturally possible.

The water tastes great. Simple to set up. Straight out of the faucet into the Stokk, it definitely takes out the chlorine smell and other city water chemical tastes. The only thing is I would recommend this for a single person, college student, someone who does not drink a lot of water or make products frequently with water. The tank is small. You have to dump the waste water out frequently. It's kind of a PIA. So if you have a heavy water drinking/use household, invest in the under the sink or one that connects to the actual water lines. Other than that, it is a decent placeholder until I can get an under the sink system.
