Very dissapointed that this is not waterproof, everytime my daughter use it for muddy puddles tim, Her clothes and everything always wet. So whats the point to use it?

Lightweight, full coverage, completely protective. Living in a high rain area we finally are able to get outside EVERY day and enjoy it. Highly recommend!!!
