I'm not using this for a Zoom H4...The case is the perfect size for my H5 Handy Recorder. It seems they have similar dimensions.The recorder sits tucked into the "partitioned mesh" side, and I have the 1/4"/XLR "top" in a piece of foam I cut to fit, in the other side. There is space for a few extra batteries, memory cards, and USB cable.I imagine that it would be perfect for other similarly sized devices.The case itself seems to be pretty tough. I'm sure it could take a beating. There isn't much padding on the inside, so after rolling down the cliff, the case would be fine, but you should probably check the recorder. When I have a little more time I am going to add a little 1/4" foam to the inside. The cliff is a harsh example. As is, I have no doubts that this case would protect your recorder for al the daily usuals, tossed into a backpack or gig bag, stuffed in the glove-box of the band van, or in the studio while waiting for rehearsal setup.It is a nice sturdy case.

This case was made for a Zoom H4essential field recorder, but I got it because it looked like it would fit my auto diagnostics scanner which didn't come with a protective case. It just does fit, so that worked out well. This is a good case. It's not a hard shell case, but it's not soft shell either. It's kind of hard around the edges with a little flex in between. The EVA and padding offer plenty of protection for your gear. The zipper works smoothly and the handle makes it easily portable. The inside mesh pocket will hold small accessories in place, which I used to hold the scanner plug that gets inserted into the car. The nylon exterior is good, and makes it more or less dustproof. That and the inner EVA material make it water resistant.Maybe you don't have an H4essential field recorder, but have other small equipment you'd like to protect. If so, check the measurements to see your gear will fit. It's a very good case I think you'll be happy with. Of course, if you do have the gear it was made for it should be ideal for you.

Se trata de un estuche semirrígido de la marca Lebakort en color negro, válido para guardar y transportar la grabadora Zoom H4 Essential.El estuche presenta una correcta calidad de fabricación. Tiene un tamaño de 220 x 100 x 90 mm y resulta bastante ligero, apenas llega a los 190 gramos. Está fabricado en etilvinilacetato (EVA), por lo que el estuche es robusto y posee una cierta resistencia al agua, así que en ese aspecto está genial. La cremallera es metálica y funciona adecuadamente. En uno de los laterales, junto a la cremallera, tiene una asa que permite transportar el estuche de manera más cómoda.En la parte interior tiene dos espacios idénticos, con la salvedad de que, uno de ellos, posee un bolsillo abierto de red, que facilita poder guardar los cables y accesorios de la grabadora. Cabe señalar que la grabadora Zoom H4 Essential puede guardarse de manera óptima en el estuche; así que, en ese aspecto, está genial.En cuanto al precio, lo encuentro algo elevado, no deja de ser un simple estuche. En cualquier caso, el estuche cumple adecuadamente su función; así que, por mi parte, he quedado bastante satisfecho con el estuche.Espero que esta opinión te haya sido útil :)

Ottimo rapporto qualità/Prezzo. Discreta resistenza, eviterei tuttavia di lanciare il vostro Zoom dalla finestra perchè la custodia non fa miracoli. Unica pecca è la puzza persistente di petrolio che emana la custodia, vi consiglio di lasciarla aperta fuori al balcone per almeno un paio di giorni. Le custodie non Made in China che ho per il mio Tascam non emanano un simile odore.
