Runs small. I received the forearm support, everything and quality is great, but I think I may have received a wrist support, not a forearm support. I don't have very big forearms at all, would say I'm a very average build, and the strap barely reaches when adjusted.

I had one of these that lasted several years. This new one is made cheaper and is already falling apart. I can't recommend.

Had this for roughly a month or two now and the velcro will not even hold now. The foam is not very thick. Will not buy again.
