This company does not stand behind the quality of their product. I purchased this as a Christmas gift and within two weeks of using it, the zipper broke. I requested a replacement. They denied replacing the bag based on the wear and tear of the rest of the bag and not the actual part that broke.

Unfortunately, they're prone to flipping over. That said these are my first so I'm still getting used to them, perhaps I can lengthen the straps to help prevent this. Still, they do exactly what they are supposed to do.

The Storm Tournament 3 Ball Tote Roller Bowling Bag arrived quickly and in great condition. Very pleased with the durability of this bag. The colored bag is terrific!
