Just about as i suspected. I purchased the gray one as my stove too is black and I feared that if I purchased black I might accidentally turn the burners on. It is easy to clean and looks nice. The mat is thick enough that I can set groceries on it without worrying about scratching the top, flexible enough for easy storage when stove is in use. I just put a new glass top stove in a rental unit and I am going to purchase another one for that stove.

Was wanting something to cover stove that was easy to remove and store when using stove. This is perfect. Exactly what Inwanted and is easy to clean

Trying to be fair. I bought this in July and was not able to write a review due to Amazon saying they weren't allowing reviews due to abnormal activity.I want to really like this item but I just can't.First the good. It is well made and does cover my whole stove top and offers a bit of protection.That's about it. If you use your stove top frequently it's a bit of a pain. I cook most of our meals at home so my stove top is constantly in use, which means that while I am cleaning up often times my stove top is still hot and I walk away without putting this back on. It has sat on the side of my stove since probably mid August and is about to go in the donate bin.If you don't use your stove all the time it would be great but just not useful with the constant take it off, wait for it to cool and remember to put it back on.

Just got a new glass top stove and ordered this to protect it. It is a perfect fit. I know I am bound to get some scratches on the glass top, like the previous one, but I hope this will minimize them. My friend has a much higher end cover that is padded “leatherette” that is magnetic. She paid a lot more for hers, but seldom uses it because it is so bulky and awkward to store when using the stove. This cover is thin and light enough to move easily and I have even used the stove by just folding it back to uncover the burner I wished to use. You can easily fold it or roll it up when the stove is in use. The fact that it’s heat resistant silicone lets me place hot items directly on top of it when removing pans from the oven. If you dropped a bowling ball on it you’d still probably break the glass, but it feels strong enough to protect the glass from a soup can or dropped plate. I also LOVE that it can go in the dishwasher or washing machine. For $17 I think it’s great insurance! Very happy with this purchase.

Everything the product specs say, it does!!! Looks great and has saved a lot of useless spills that would otherwise be on the stove top !!! Easy to clean and looks great on the stove👍

I have 2 glass top stoves. This for my LG stovetop perfectly. My other is smaller, so I cut it to fit. They look nice and protect the glass. Highly recommend.
