Works fine for standard 10" big blue whole house water filter. Just make sure to buy the LARGER version. (The reviews for both were combined leading me to purchase the smaller one by accident)

This is a very versatile wrench. Though I purchased it to replace my filters on our whole home system (it worked like a charm), it is great for replacing oil filters on our card, trucks, tractor, and side by side. It is easy to operate and functions perfectly. It locks tight and the grip handle makes for a comfortable operation. It’s solid and durable, so should last me a lifetime! Terrific value for the money.

Good tool have in your home it's very useful tool to work with RO filter candle replacement and very useful fittings commode flush attachments and pvc 4 inch to 6 inch pipes it works for car oil filters. Must have in every home.
