This is a great ring light. I just moved into an apartment with not so great lighting and this solved my issue of needing good lighting for makeup.

The wall mounting bracket is flimsy and may break over time. This should mount to a wall stud so the mounting screw holes should be oriented vertically. Had to make a mounting plate. The light isn't all that bright and must be kept attached to a power source or it doesn't work. The USB cable is about 2 feet long so I had to buy and extension.

I definitely fell victim to thinking the photo was what I was getting! There is only 1 light stand and light in this kit. I definitely need to slow down and read the descriptions… it works perfectly and I appreciate having options on how to utilize it.

I really like this. I do nails an esthetic work an it's perfect for my nail desk. A little longer arm would have been perfect in my other location. The light was way too small. I took lights off another ring light an figured how to put on the attachment.

Update—new version reviewI ordered a replacement since I already had the hardware installed in my wall. The replacement is a bit different from the original. The light seems sturdier so far. The control buttons stick a little which is annoying but so far they’re functioning just fine. Happy with the replacement.Old version reviewWorked great for a while but then two things went wrong. First, the housing inside the light that the mounting threads onto stripped so now I just place the ring on the extending screw rather than twisting it on securely. Second, the wire to one node came free so the leds for warm light (which are also used for medium) won’t work, meaning I’m left with only cool—my least favorite. To me, the product is too expensive to be so poorly made.When it was working it was great.

I actually use this light over the more expensive model. I got it to do permanent make up and mount to the wall and it’s honestly the best light I’ve found. It’s small, and no phone holder but the actual light is great and the mount is PERFECT

Easy to attach. I use it on a work table while labeling products. It was for the shop but never made it there. Keeping this one at my apartment office and will get another one for the shop. Dims and goes soft yellow and led bright. Compact.
