Strikeforce makes excellent products, this is one of them. My shoes stopped sliding well due to dirt and lots of use. I put this stuff on and rub it on with a slide stone (also made by strike force) and its give my shoes more life, it also helps in humid bowling alleys or humid areas if it gets tacky out there.
