The liquid seems ok. The felt applicator just pushes up into the bottle making it almost useless.

For years, I relied on mineral oil to condition my ebony fretboard, thinking it was the natural choice. Then, I dove deeper into "lemon oil" products, only to discover the disappointing truth: most are simply mineral oil with a lemon scent. Frustrated, I searched for an authentic solution and stumbled upon this product. Finally, transparency!While this product does contain mineral oil, the key difference lies in honesty and formulation. I’m not sure why they chose paper type of packaging for such a liquid product. It’s disappointing because I was looking forward to using the kit to maintain my guitar. I would recommend the manufacturer reconsider their packaging approach to prevent this from happening to future customers. Overall, I can’t comment on the effectiveness of the products since they arrived damaged, but the poor packaging was a significant letdown.
