Use this for what it's designed for and you will be happy. But do not abuse tool. Some guys toss this around as if it's a hammer. It's plastic so take care not to be an idiot

This is an excellent tool to help lay out and cut tile for flooring projects. Came in handy for making quality tile cuts in our bathroom, kitchen and hallways. I would recommend this product for anyone needing to make accurate lines and cuts in tile for installation projects.Hassle-free and easy to use. Simple design worked well. Cheap and easy solution to measuring obscure shapes and sizes! Magnets held the shape and you could easily flip the stencil to transfer the pattern! Great product!
