Better than hardware store all metal choice. Buy it you will like it. sticks to wall and holds weight easy.

Purchased because I wanted to place my shower head lower so that my kid could reach it. It has been stuck on for two months now, with no signs of moving or peeling off (despite normal rough use by kids)! I have a fairly large showerhead, but it holds well and does not slip or move. At first glance out of the box it appears flimsy/cheap, but I think the flexible adhesive back plate actually works in its favor, as it is quite light so there is nothing heavy to pull it downward. You can move the arm of the holder up and down and it stays where you move it. Before placing the peel and stick backing, I cleaned my tile with rubbing alcohol and let it fully air dry. I’m 100% happy with this purchase.

Se siente muy endeble, muy probablemente se romperá en corto tiempo. El acabado no es pulido.

This is a great product, but it’s not obvious from the directions that you actually have to peel off **3** pieces of backing paper. First for what you stick to the wall (that’s obvious), then after you stick it to the wall you have to peel off paper from the front part of what you just stuck to the wall (not obvious), then you peel off the paper from the plate that you want to attach (that’s obvious, too). I stuck the bracket to the wall without taking off that 2nd piece of paper and it looked like it stuck until I waited the 12 hours and tried to put the shower head into it. Fell right off. But luckily, you can then take off that 2nd piece of paper and re-stick the bracket. I waited another 12 hours and it held beautifully. But I think you have to change the directions.

Been using this now a few weeks, and figure can write up the review....First off, super simple to install, clean the wall, peel adhesive, wait 24 hours, use, its that simple. As far as how it looks? Well enough, keep in mind it is a light weight plastic, and the 'back panel' piece you see, isn't even that, its a soft pad, all covered in a metal texture. This gives us a bit of an unknown to how it will work over time...but so far so good. The hooks underneath, we wish were a touch larger, being so small it can't hang too much, but this might be their safety to prevent too much weight on it to cause it to fall over time. They also give you an extra stick pad, in case I guess. It does hold the shower head for us, but ours is a bit large, so its holding the very tip, giving it a little but of an unsecure feeling, but again holding well enough, and allowing us to reach the head easier now.For the price, I would say give it a try for a fast fix!

I don’t write reviews often but this is the dodgiest product I have bought on Amazon. It looks like a pre production prototype, absolute rubbish. It works I guess but it looks so unfinished it probably cost 50 cents to make.

Okay, this thing works okay when new. The adhesive that goes on the shower wall surface is fine. It is strong and it's holding well after over 6 months time now. However, the shower holder cup is somewhat problematic. It's not the cup but the swivel part. The cup part and the bracket part at swivel section have these white acrylic plastic round washers. After a while, they loose friction (maybe they get worn down) and the cup starts rotating with the shower head on it due to the weight. There is no useful space to even put additional washers between them to make it more solid so the cup won't rotate. I tried finding them at HD or Lowes. It's no go. I tried sanding down one washer but it was just too much work and trouble. Tightening the bolt won't work either. The bracket is really solid so the bolt won't go in anymore at certain point. So, I used hot glue gun. Get hot glue and put dabs of the glue on each acrylic washers and quickly snug them back in with the shower cup. It will be harder because now you have additional glue on them and trying to fit it between a tight space. Some of the glue will ooze out but no matter, push them in and put the nut and bolt back on them. From the glue and also having minute amount of glue between the washer and bracket, now the cup does not rotate anymore with the shower head. The glue also gives kind of cushion affect as well.I hope this can help some of you.

I feel stupid now for not having read the reviews BEFORE purchasing and installing this horrible product. I generally look at all the 1- and 2-star reviews before buying an item, but skipped it this time. I guess that oughta teach me...I now have exactly the same problem as Roland C. Hiltscher in his 1-star review: this P.O.S. cannot hold my (standard-sized) shower head as the opening is too small, and the super-strong adhesive won't (I fear) allow me to remove it without damaging the composite material of my shower. Now I am hoping that some of the other 1-star reviews are correct and it just falls off in a few days. But I don't think I am that lucky. I suspect this is now a permanent "decoration" n my shower until such time as I remodel the shower. If I had thought there was even the slightest chance that the showerhead wouldn't fit, I would have tested it first. But I've bought and used at least 25 of these types of things in my life, and the one thing I could always count on is that a showerhead holder would actually HOLD a SHOWERHEAD. I now realize that is too much to ask.I was in a rush to get something quick, and skipped reading the reviews. Live and learn...
