Sturdy, heavy, well-made. The drop-down extension bar is very handy. Iām currently transporting a very large inflatable waterslide on it. It has a ring and hook in order to strap your merchandise down. This thing is wide.

The hand truck arrived missing one wheel and was damaged due to a lack of packaging. Everything was in a plastic bag which resulted in several dents, scratches, and the release pin for the fold down toe plate extension was broken. The hand truck looks low quality, has terrible welds, and is not shipped properly. I had to send it back and will not take a chance on ordering a second one.

The product appears to be sturdy and well put together. However there are no assempbly instructions. Yes there arent many pieces but would be nice. Also it appears on ours the holes werent drilled exactly where they needed to be on the shaft and it was missing hardware to go in holes on the shaft. Put in amazon return order but just went to hardware store to get missing pins and made it work. Take the missing pieces out the product is great.

Despite all the negative reviews, I gave it achance, low and behold! Everything came attached and in great shape. It will load 660 lbs says on tag. I filled up tires with air no leaks, cotter pins placed in rolls around nice and smooth. Don't miss your chance on finding a hard to find double hand truck! Hope this helps anybody interested in buying a solid piece of equipment.
