Sent wrong parts and unable to put together. Requested a replacement. One wheel didn’t have thread and was smooth. The base was missing one board and was sent a extra B piece instead. One base piece holes not correct. We will try again and update review.

Ok. This was definitely a great purchase. You must pay very close attention to the directions. Now in the direction booklet there is an error in regards that it says it brings 4 sticks that have a tiny hole in each side above the regular holes. That is NOT correct. There are only TWO sticks like that and they belong on the bottom. Trust me that it is the only way the screws on the bottom will actually be screwed properly without falling out. There than that, definitely not rocket science. The quality… simply amazing!!!! Would definitely recommend. Love that it’s not like the plastic ones you see where the sticks pop out. This one is very secure.

This is very nice to look at and to use to add or retrieve stuffed animals from the cage. The assembly took maybe 10 minutes total time but was definitely easier with a second person to help stretch the cords when putting them in place however it can be assembled by one person is needed. The one major problem I had with the product was the instructions. They are not just difficult to follow but are blatantly wrong. The instructions say there are 4 pieces of letter A (There are 2), it says there are 12 pieces of letter B (There are 14). The instructions say to first install the bottom part A and B but don't say how or what exactly you are doing to accomplish that. Step 2 is close to correct but confusing and the rest of the steps are easily skipped and replaced by trial and error until assembled. I found the cage to not be square when completed but don't see anywhere in the instructions on how to get it squared off with 90 degree corners so I just kind of manhandled it until it was basically in shape and then went to fill it with stuffed animals. We started with small beanie baby toys but after the first handful fell through the bottom we had to remove them and first put a layer of larger animals and then smaller on top of that. There is no barrier at the bottom between the boards to prevent small toys from falling through and under the cage. Once assembled the cage is firmly together, easy to carry as a unit, very light and portable so easy to move from room to room and holds a really large amount of stuffed animals. Overall this is a really nice storage tool for your stuffed friends but use the picture of the final product to assemble it instead of following the instructions.
