This item comes vacuum packed and says to unpack and fluff the inner piece and leave sit for 24 hours. The cover was stiff so I threw it in the washing machine and it came out nice and flexible. I then put the puff in the dryer with no heat for about 30 minutes and it looked completely fluffed. I don't have my chair yet so I'm not sure if it will hold my feet up or if they will sink. So as of now I'm giving this item 5 stars. I'll update once I get my chair.

The item comes with a foam Insert that goes in the furry cover. However, the foam was deformed and crumbling. Also the foam itself does not hold shape. Where ever you place your feet, it will cave in all the way to the floor pretty much. If you are looking for a foot rest that can actually support you and elevate look else where. I was tricked by the photo posted by the seller.asbit is not a true depiction of the item and how it can be used

The pouf was the perfect size for our small room needs, the fabric is durable, well made and the color I wanted. BUT it comes vacuum packed and very thin. Has instructions that it will take 48-72 hours to fully inflate on its own. Didn’t expect it to come like that. Unfortunately my pouf never fully inflated on one side at the top, so it’s lopsided, doesn’t fill out the fabric shell and looks dumb. Disappointed.

I like green color and material. It’s not sturdy ottoman/pouf. It’s uneven shape. Ok function. When I got it in “vacuumed bag without air” bag, it may be difficult to return.
