Great arm pads for the price, i'm also using the K18 gloves. Both are comfortable but do not limit my range of motion.

I bought these after seeing my son play against a very "aggressive" team in a tournament. The other team were slashing like crazy and I knew then that the arm pads he had did not provide adequate coverage. For comparison's sake, my son is 7 years old and weighs about 65lbs. These pads are long enough and the velcro straps aren't so long that they need to be taped down. The elbow cup is plastic and offers great protection as well. These pads go from the end of his shoulder pad's arm section to just above the cuff of his glove so there is very little of his arm exposed. This will take him a while to get used to and the trick is not have the pad affect his cradling -- but at his age, the protection is more important.
