Like everything else Suburban makes, this is also complete junk. This was our second controller and it failed as well as our 3 on demand water heaters from Suburban. It's just not quality and is very poorly engineered. Don't try calling Suburban for support. All they do is tell you to take it to an authorized service center.

Easy to adjust temperature, Only thing it doesn’t give you good instructions on how to wire the controller just go hook to blue wire on the heater and it works fine

We purchased a brand new 2021 Keystone Alpine 5th wheel and it has this Suburban controller for the on demand hot water heater. If your familiar with RVs, then you know that the craftsmanship is sub par.Our controller (pictured) started doing some weird things on the screen.Mind you were in first 15 days from dealer delivery. My wife came out of the shower screaming at me, thinking I'm messing with her hot water. And as innocent as I always am, heh, I tried to convince her that I had nothing to do with it.So I ordered this white one, and would deal with the dealership later on.But in the meantime, I removed the original from the wall, inspected it, noticed of the two wires it has, the solder joint was loose in one.Resoldered both wires more securely and wallah, no more weird screen flashes and constant hot water ever since.
