I received the package with all four chairs, put one together, it was very uncomfortable to sit in. All you felt was the back bar and very straight up. The seat is not supported underneath very poorly made when I went to go return this item. It is from a third-party. It was shipped in two big boxes which UPS said would have cost $75 each to return, so the return would cost me $150 for $200 product. The seller offered me $30 refund call Amazon 3× one guy told me the return shipping was paid for by seller which it wasn’t. Then a guy I got was rude and told me it is not Amazon‘s problem because it’s a third-party seller and then I had buyers remorse and the third time I called and the lady was very nice and helped me out, I have never had a problem like this before Amazon a huge disappointing experience. And also I wouldn’t even give it a one star but made me to send this review and I have never reviewed anything never worth me time but people should know
