Poor craftsmanship. First the housing leaked after installing it. Had to order a new one to replace. Who's paying for the extra time? Additionally, both units were full of packaging foam due to terrible packaging.. Not good for the heating element or the spa that gets filled with the debris.

Drop in replacement and works fine so far but does not come with temp sensor and the recommended one that I purchased is not the correct one. I removed and installed the old sensor and everything is working fine.

This is the second heater I have bought from here that hasn't lasted more than a year. The first one lasted 3 months. This one last about 7 months after it was installed.
