Every Sunex impact socket I have ever bought has been Taiwanese, good quality at a good price point. Apparently they have moved to China, and there are cheaper options if I wanted a Chinese made tool. I realize this is a pretty blurred line at this point, but still makes a difference to me, and I feel country of manufacture should be more transparent from sellers.

I have many other Sunex sockets, this one doesn't match! No sunex logo.It seems like a normal impact socket and probably won't break but I'm afraid it's counterfeit.

Fits well, I use this to loosen head bolts out of semi truck engines with 3/4 impact gun, and to torque back together. I alternate with the shallow socket version by Sunex.
