It weighs about 23lbs when its all assembled (wo grinder). Amazon list the "item weight" as .03 Pounds which is incorrect. The packaging could have been better as all the parts were outside of the cardboard and bags. No instructions so I am including pics of approximate measurements.The longest bolt was about 2 inches and was not long enough to hold my craftsman grinder to the stand. I am sure its long enough to hold the sunex grinder down. No biggie as I will go to the hardware store to buy a bolt thats about a inch longer.

was really hoping for a heavier duty stand. It's okay, but that's all. It came with six bolts for some reason. 1 to hold pole to base, 1 to hold top to pole and 2 to hold grinder to top. not sure what the extra bolts are for. would be nice to have some type of rubber insolaters on feet. Not super stable, but I guess it will do the job.

Used this to mount a restored Baldur bench grinder to the shop floor. Mostly good except for the post mounting to the base. Has an amount of wobble that makes it hard to trust. I'll be welding it into a solid piece to make it better.

What can I say. Quality stands on its own. And thus the bench grider sits on this fine stand. If only it came with an attached reclining chair to make those tedious tasks of sharpening the kitchen knives each year on Thanksgiving. I had to buy longer attachment screws for the particular grinder I had but that's not on the stand maker. Nice and heavy duty (in an era where flimsy prevails). I'd buy another. Perhaps to hold my champagne glass while watching PBS.
