This was the perfect advent calendar for a dog lover such as myself. I love the idea of being able to fill it with treats that I know my kids will like. The drawers are decent sized, I was able to fit a few Hershey kisses or peanut butter cups easily in each one. As we went through the days we would just put the drawers in upside down. Looking forward to using this for many years.

Finally, a refillable advent calendar that has drawers big enough to put something worthy in! Just wish they had one with cats on it, too!! I’m impressed!

I received the wooden dog advent calendar and was pleasantly surprised with its whimsy design and sturdy structure. The drawers are big enough to put three treats in for my trio. I have it displayed on my bar and love how it looks so much I’ve decided to keep it up year round. The portraits of the 24 dogs are done well. I’ve been looking for an advent calendar for my dogs that isn’t cheap or cheesy looking. I get the paper advent calendars for my pups every year so it made sense to invest in one I can refill myself annually. I’m happy with this purchase. It was well-packaged and even though it took a couple of weeks to deliver, it was worth the wait.

I love the way this is constructed. Very sturdy. Not made out of cardboard/paper like many others. Will be easy to use multiple years! Also like that it comes empty so I can add the treats that my dog usually gets and likes.

I get an advent calendar for my husband every year. Every year I get to watch him open each day and have fun! This year, I thought, why not get an advent calendar we can re-use each year? I’ll fill the odd days, he’ll fill even. I’ll open the even days, he’ll open the odd days. That way we both get to have fun! Love the dog theme- sturdy wood calendar with wood boxes. Nice quality. Graphics are amazing! Looks terrific. People have already asked where I bought something so unique! What fun to own this advent calendar! Oh- it’s tall and doesn’t take up lots of space- the base is 9 inches long and it’s 2 inches deep. Drawers inside are a tad bit smaller. I put ours on our martini cabinet.
