What toothpaste should I use for my dog?
Make sure to buy a toothpaste that is especially for dogs. Using toothpaste meant for us is not advisable to use it on the pets. Let your dog lick a little of the dog toothpaste to get used to the flavor. If she doesn’t like the flavor, try another flavor out.
What is the best way to use the toothbrush and finger piece?
Whether you are using the smaller or larger brush, always brush your pet’s teeth in a circular motion. With small circles, you will be able to clean the top, bottom, and sides of your dog's teeth. Place the piece onto your index finger and use it to gently clean the precise areas. Don’t brush too hard or you will cause bleeding.
What if my dog is scared and resists brushing?
To keep your dog calm while you are brushing her teeth, talk to her throughout the exercise, use a soothing tone and tell her what a good pup she is. Start by brushing a few teeth at a time, then slowly add a couple more each day. Even 30 seconds of brushing teeth are better than not brushing at all. If your dog is reluctant to have their teeth brushed, try and at least start with the outsides of the canines and back teeth where the most plaque will build up.

I ordered this for those finger brushes but they are too stiff. Now I've something similar made for babies trusting that the bristles will be softer.

Not suitable for cats but may be suitable for dogs. I recommend to think well before buying it. The size its really big and unconfortable to use with cats.The finger attachment should be used by someone with small fingers.

I am actually using to clean small, hard to reach spaces that aren't pet mouths, and these do a great job with that, so I imagine they'd do wonderful with their intended job as well! Easy to hold and great price!

Works well for my 25 lb terrier mix, but the bristles are stiff and seem to be rough on her gums.

Comes with all the brushes advertised. Finger brushes fit perfectly, but I prefer the regular brush because of the small end. Very high quality and inexpensive! Overall they're awesome!
