I'm giving 3 stars because it falls down, and obviously you can't tied it to much, so when ever my daughter runs or tries swimming you have to keep putting it back in place, it's beautiful but maybe adding some backpack straps will stop the issues

I really like this type of floaty because it helps keep the wearer in a better position to learn how to swim. Other floaties keep them in a more perpendicular position but this one puts them in a more horizontal position. Since using it my daughter has shown more confidence in the water and has asked to swim without it more and more. Which is totally opposite of what she used to do. I credit that to this floaty.

I bought it for my 4-year-old daughter and found she immediately started using her arms and positioning herself better to learn how to swim. I find them extremely useful for this stage, and the safety lock so that she can't take it off easily is also great. It took her about 2 minutes and she is now in love with her special floatie. It is also very cute and well built.

Love this product. We are using it for my 4 yr old and 7 yr old. It helps give me peace of mind while my kids are strengthening their arm muscles for swimming. My 7 yr old is a beginner swimmer but gets tired quickly, she takes turns using this floaty to help give her a break when tired. My 4 yr old is weaning off her puddle jumper that doesn't allow her to use arms easily. This definitely requires parents to be attentive (as we always should be with children in the pool) because it doesn't keep the kid super sturdy, so they have to keep moving their arms to keep their balance which is exactly why I bought it. It doesnt push their head underwater or anything. I think my 4 yr old is going to be a stronger swimmer faster than my 7 yr old because of this swim trainer.

Finding weight / age ranges on swim gear is way harder than it needs to be. The title is a little deceiving by including “ toddlers “. I purchased this for a younger toddler and even though it is on the smaller side it isn’t made for children under the age of 5. I still have it 4 stars because it does look like the photo, and seems to be good quality. It would likely be perfectly functional for the proper age range.
