My birds over the years love this product. But, Amazon charges double what other pet stores charge.

Complained to Amazon and they sent me another ring. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I gave 5 stars because my friends parakeet loves these and it's a good product.

The birds love this, but it arrived with half the seeds off-laying in the bag. Disappointed for our birds who love sitting in it and eating off of the ring.

The treat was all broken off the swing. Did not ship in a manner to keep the product in the quality it is shown on Amazon. Seller would not replace item. Please beware of issue. I will never buy from Sunseed Company again

The item was badly damaged (not due to shipping or delivery) when it arrived. Almost half the seeds had fallen off the wreath. It is a mess and certainly not something that we would use as a gift to a friend as we had planned. The price for a messy package of loose seeds is ridiculous. Very disappointing. Obviously the company does not stand by their products if they won't accept returns.

From the birds point of view, this product rocks. However inadequate padding of the product resulted in the breaking of the ring into pieces and large amounts of seed falling off.FIX your darn shipping!!!!
