This large cooking vessel was a life saver for my huge pot of corned beef and cabbage dinner. I filled it up to the top and everything cooked perfectly.

This roaster was perfect for what we needed during the holidays. Our turkey came out really great with the inside being very moist. It heated up very fast and cooked our turkey in proper time. Its size is perfect on the counter top which also allowed me to have more space to prepare other dishes. Storing it back in the box when not in use was also a breeze since everything fit within the pan for easy storage. Cleaning the pan and lid was also fast. The special coating made washing very fast and easy. I’ll be using this more often since it also acts as a food warmer during parties. I totally recommend this roaster who anyone who wants perfect turkey for the holidays.

Description said it had a window. It did not. Maintained temp well and worked as it should. The temperature know moves very easily, so have to watch it does not get bumped.

I ordered this to cook our Thanksgiving turkey in so that I would have more room for other dishes in our oven. I had used one my parents had for years and it cooked everything beautifully. This oven did not brown the top of the turkey at all, It was as pale as oatmeal. I had to finally take it out of there and out it in my big over where it browned beautifully. I would not cook a turkey in it again and want to return it. It also says not to use anything abrasive to clean the inside but I cannot get it as clean as I like no matter how many times I clean it. It needs some kind of scrubber that it says not to use.

This thing is huge!! It worked great. My turkey was juicy and perfect. It's so big I don't see how I can use it for something else. I thought it would be a little smaller but oh well. Storage is going to be interesting. It cleaned up real good. I washed it before I used it and ran it for a few hours just to get that chemical smell to go away that I saw in other reviews. Once I didn't smell that anymore I put my turkey in. It worked perfectly. The only thing I don't like is the knob is easy to move. My husband didn't know he moved it and it was on high for a while before I caught it. It could've been a disaster. So the knob could use an upgrade maybe a click in feature to move it to another setting.

Bought this for Thanksgiving dinner, since I’m usually the person in my family to cook a feast! 😊Traditionally, I have always followed the basic traditional method of Turkey in baking pans, basing etc. On some years my turkey would either run a bit dry or just right. 🥺 I thought it was time to invest in one and boy, I am glad! I’ll admit, I was skeptical in what it could do.Pros:• easy to clean (I do see that after a session of Turkey cooking there was some slight build up, but nothing some good old scrubbing won’t fix)• kept turkey meat moist, crispy on the outside and browned evenly• a nice holder to prop the turkey up and add your garnishes and herbs to the bottom• plenty of recipes online to help utilize your oven with measurements etc• cooking time was relatively faster than traditional cooking for me• heat was evenly distributed and conducted well• design is sleek and fitting• holds up to a large Turkey of 26lbs• you place your choice of meat and walk away to multitask on other dishes/sides• nice little glass window opening to peep in on your cooked mealCons:• a little bulky for some (but I wanted something that was large to feed a family of over 8 people)• finding kitchen or storage place for it (luckily I have space in my garage)Overall, I was able to make delicious turkey. I made a 22lbs turkey that feed 14-15 people. This electric toaster oven made it possible for me to finish all my sides. I skipped all the parts of basing and worrying about the turkey being moist and supple. My family members and friends also raved about the turkey and I told them to invest in one of these. You could not go wrong with one of these in your kitchen especially if you usually cook for a larger crowd. I love my new roaster oven and will never go back to traditional methods. This oven will also be great for roasting brisket and any other slower cooked methods, which I will be trying out.
