NO MORE ADDING MOUNTS TO MY LENS. THis is awesome and very sturdy, it's a fraction of the cost of the name brand guys, and very sturdy/rigid.

The fit is not 100% and wiggles, but it stays in place after tightening the screw. Lets see how it holds up long term.

I put this on the FE 100-400mm Sony lens and it worked fine. It should allow me to easily balance the lens and camera body on a tripod with less awkwardness than I had been doing.The challenge here is that the standard Sony accessories mount with a friction screw and hook/clip, where as this one only has a screw. This made mounting the foot on the lens more of a hassle than I expected. The good news is that once it is on it will stay on, so it is a one-time pain.
