This file organizer is well made, sturdy, and looks great in your office. Each slot is sized so that it can hold multiple files. It's a versatile piece and a must-have to keep you organized. It's aesthetically pleasing and a good value for the price. Definitely recommend!

I needed a document organizer for my home office because I have papers and mail and bills that keep piling up and I needed help keeping track of everything. This organizer fits on top of my desk but doesnt take up any more space than the former pile of papers did. I can divide my documents by category and even use a label printer to attach labels to the base of each section. They don't stick perfectly well, so it would have been nice to have a way to label the sections built into the design. Its light weight and very easy to put together right out of the box (just pop two sections onto the main base. I'm giving 4 stats because mine arrived bent- it's just made of a thin metal- but because of that, I was able to mostly bend it back into shape.

I really appreciate how this file holder assembles (and disassembles when necessary). Assembly is very quick, and the upright, or vertical if you will, separators attach easily to a flat base, with no tools required. After opening the box, I immediately realized that it’s similar to another file holder I recently ordered so I was familiar with, and happy about the easy assembly process; setup takes no more than 1-2 minutes.If you needed a larger area to store manuals, notebooks, etc. you have the option to customize this by leaving a whole section out (unattached) giving you a very wide opening. You could even leave a section off an end to make sure it fits in smaller locations.The flexibility is so much better than the old style fixed-sections (for both plastic and metal) holders that have been around forever. The finish quality is first rate, with what I’m guessing is a smooth black powder coating, and it should literally last for decades. This is an easy recommendation for anyone that needs a file holder.

I got this along with a set of clear folders for organizing important papers, recipes for my blog, mail, statements, reports, insurance forms, receipts, etc. All the stuff I always seem to have that laid out in piles on the kitchen table. I have an out of sight out of mind problem so I can't put it in a file drawer. What a difference it has made. It has made the table top nice and neat and I can just pick the whole thing up and move it when I need to.It's sturdy, very well made, the perfect size and a nice looking organizer. It took about 10 seconds to put together. No hardware or tools required.

This file organizer took very little time to assemble. Although it has 5 slots and 6 vertical members, the vertical parts come pre-attached in sets of 2, so there are only 3 vertical parts to attach to the base. As a result, the assembly was very easy and quick.The metal parts appear thin, but they are very strong and rigid. The vertical parts stand strong and do not flex when holding files.The overall appearance of the organizer is very professional. I set it up on my desk at work and it looks great. Not only did the organizer help me to remove paper clutter from my desk, but the organizer has a clean appearance to it.
