Great strong magnet. Appreciate it comes with double sided tape so you can apply the magnet to anything you want.

It's not that I disliked them, it's they were too strong for what I needed. But here is to anyone that wants or needs a very strong magnet, try these. You won't be disappointed, they are very, very strong. Difficulty for me to separate. Maybe not for someone else that have good strong hands. They are slide resistance. Size is good. Ease of use, I'm sure they are easy to use, that is if you can get them apart. Functional, for something that needs to be permanently where you want it to be, yup. Safety, don't let children play with them. But I'm very sure they would not be able to get them apart. I would say strictly for adults.

Not the strongest rare earth magnets, but still pretty strong. A very good bargain for 50 of them.

As I was removing the magnets from the plastic packaging, each magnet jumped onto another magnet as soon as it was free of the packaging. I thought it was funny until one of them broke apart when it landed on the other magnets. Sharp fragments. Be careful.I cannot figure these out. One of these magnets will hold my heavy-duty (and heavy) 1/2” ratchet wrench securely on a steel plate on my garage wall. It takes some effort to pull it off to use it but it’s worth it for the organizing potential. But for the purpose I bough them: A different story. I have a classic car — a 63 Karmann Ghia— with a solid steel dash. In my daily driver, I hang my phone from a magnet that wedges into my vents. That’s not an option on my Ghia. I had hoped to use one of these magnets to attach my phone to the dash of the Ghia. I have a steel disc in the iPhone case that I use to hold it to the magnet in my daily driver. But in the Ghia, with this MUCH stronger magnet, my phone quickly fell off. I cannot understand why it won’t hold. I especially need the GPS speedometer on my phone in the Ghia because the Speedo in my Ghia isn’t accurate.Back to square one.

Magnets are strong and there is also a magnetic pad that comes with them. There are a few spacers that were there to keep magnets separate, but not 9 of them as I would think. Instead, there were two stacks of 5 magnets and 8 spacers. I would not use it for the refrigerator as it suggests. They are way too strong and might leave scratches on the surface, that's one. And two, neodymium magnets are very fragile. These also feel that way and that's ok. What they are great for is science stuff. We used them to build simple electric motors.
