I MANUALLY PUT 7 BULLETS IN MY MAGINE OF 15 AND DIDN'T THINK THERE WAS ANY WAY POSSIBLE TO PUT EVEN ONE MORE IN IT. THEN I GOT THIS THING AND FILLED UP THE MAG IN LIKE 2 MINUTES, IT WAS SO EASY.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS.

OK, after watching videos for both the UPLula and the ADCO Super Thumb, I decided to go with the least expensive option, even with a little more work being required to user the ST1. I received my unit, removed it from the mailer, and then from the ziploc bag, grabbed my spare PT111 magazine, and started using it. I will tell you, without hesitation, that the ADCO works very well, and without any moving parts to potentially break, is a wonderful investment in painlessly loading magazines. It's dirt simple to use, simply insert the magazine, press downward to depress the follower, slide a round into the feed lips, pull up on the ST1, push the round the remaining bit in until it's seated, then push down on the seated round to feed the next one in. Repeat until all rounds are loaded. No longer do I have to deal with abused fingers and the Lubalox staining my hand trying to feed my mags. Jacketed hollow points feed almost effortlessly now, it's now a pleasure to reload my mags. Stop thinking about it, pull the trigger! (Pun intended!

It's a little wonky for the Ruger Security 9. A universal product is bound to not work perfectly for everything but it's still better than depressing with your thumb, for the most part. The issue is the rounded plastic depressor bit (great that it is rounded, some are not and will damage casings) sits way towards the back of a loaded round in the Sec 9 mag and pushes the front of a loaded, depressed round upwards which requires you to depress the front of the round back down yourself in order to load the next round. This gets worse the more rounds you have loaded and not much better than thumb loading by the 14th and 15th round. These are new mags too so it will likely loosen a bit. Again, better than without and the price makes it acceptable. I was never going to spend $30 on a speedloader even if it worked perfectly. At $9 this is worth an imperfect experience for the handgun I own.

Can't be beat for the price. Saves chewed up fingers from manually loading each round. I wasn't quite sure how well this thing would work but decided to give it a try since the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't really call it a "speedloader" but it sure beats the heck out of shoving each round in the magazine entirely with my fingers. I suppose it does speed up my loading, but the benefit I appreciate the most is saving my fingertips. I can actually load my PT111 magazines to full capacity with this device whereas I previously could only fill them a couple rounds short due to my inability to press those last couple rounds down hard enough. For me this was a very worthwhile purchase.

The Adco Super Thumb is a very simple but incredibly awesome product. Once you use one of these, you never go back. I spend so much less time at the range loading my magazines now and I can load them fully with ease. Fits several different magazines but I usually use it for my PT111. However, it is NOT wide enough for my glock 17 magazines. Seems pretty durable and is easy to toss in my range bag. Oh and it's way cheaper than some of the other magazine loaders

I purchased this for my FMK 9C1 magazines. My magazine measures 1.25" X .80" The ST1 I received actually measured 1.3" X .86" (33mm X 22.7mm) so it fits a little loose but still works fine. It's a pretty simple one piece design, not as fancy as more expensive loaders but it does the job. It saves your thumb, makes loading easier and for the price it's well worth it for anyone that does a lot of shooting. Even though my magazines have a depressor molded into the bottom so you can use one magazine to help load the other, the STI works better and easier.
