worked to connect two cables to one device. However, a powered over air antenna did not play well with the signal from my Ch 3 switch from the other room, unplugged the powered part of the antenna and all was well. Likely two things trying on Ch 3. Was not due to this device at all. I wanted to eliminate a janky manual switch at this tv.

I used this splitter to run an antenna higher on the wall where I mounted my tv. Wasn’t sure if this would work for the job, but the price was right so I decided to try it. This worked perfectly and was much easier to tuck inside the gang box than an all metal splitter.

I have an alarm system that is used thru wifi, so I need to carry a "cable" connection in order to have access to a phone (different than a landline)... that means my coaxial cable port on my TV needs to be used to connect to the wifi (not actually "cable" , but the wifi... as I am a cord-cutter and cancelled Cable). Most TVs only have one Coaxial Cable option... so since my coaxial calbe was being used, I was unable to connect an Antenna for local channels until I found this splitter. I LOVE having a digital antenna for football, local news, etc. Happy w/ the purchase for sure

Had two external HD antennas so I couldn't get jut one to work all the time without movement. Hooked both up and reception became better depending on weather and air traffic.
