They are plastic and cheap. But they work and the scissors seem decent enough. Plastic may not hold up in long term use making many nets.

Good for repairs and repair but not the strongest material. The shuttles seem adequate but the spacer bars seem a little short and slicker than I’m used to. Netting is a lost art and repairing nets an even more lost art. There are no instructions included but I’m sure YouTube has the answers. If you don’t know how to net, learn. It is very satisfying.
