Was delivered with no box out in open, handle has scratch’s sponge was dirty from the shipment and is smaller than looks in the picture. Fortunately it’s returnableUpdate: Supplier was supposed to ship a replacement and it looks like UPS returned it to the sender, so much for getting this resolved.Update : 8/23/24 the company made it right and sent a replacement for the damaged on and it arrived in a box!! Communication through this whole unfortunate mess with the company was good and they did what they said they would do, THANK YOU SUPERIO !

Great mop and absorbent sponge.Easy to push the switch and ring out water.The brush on top can be removed by an easy push button if you do not want to use it.

I like the butterfly design for wringing the sponge. The brush is good for givng the floors a quick scrub, too. It's also easy to find replacement sponges.

I bought 2 Superio Sponge mops only to have them arrive with the boxes heavily damaged and torn. First off both mops could have fit in one box so that is my first issue. Second issue- no mop handle with one of the mops. Third issue- the mop that did have a handle had a foot long dent (bend in it). I wonder if I was sent a returned mop? I am keeping them only because it's a good mop head and we will use the handle from old mops or maybe a dowel rod. I'm glad my husband is a contractor and has good ideas!!
