I ordered these skates because, having kids who like to skate, I was finding myself frequenting local rinks more often than not, and those skate rentals add up! I watched the price drop on these significantly, so I went for them!!I love everything about these skates-- they are as pretty as in the picture! I don't know that I'd ever use them outside for fear of scuffing that beautiful "vegan leather" but for family rink skating, these are perfect! There is NOTHING cheap and flimsy about these! They are well-padded for comfort-- I have worn these for hours straight of rink skating with no complaints! They are fully adjustable and customizable, but I haven't had to tinker with anything on them-- they were ready to go out of the box! The comfort level, the smoothness, as well as the toe stop on these skates are all significant upgrades over anything I've ever had with rental skates.I wear a 10.5 women's shoe, with a preference for a wide shoe when I can find it. I err on the side of an 11 in regular shoes (when there is no half size available), but do own a few size 10 shoes. The reviews had me concerned that a Sure-Grip size 10 might be too large for me. But I ordered it anyway per the size chart's recommendation, and these skates are the perfect fit!More experienced skaters might want a skate that is more "powerful," but for little old me picking up an old pasttime of my childhood for the sake of my kids, THESE SKATES ARE PERFECT!!

Great skates for the price but wheels are gummy kinda but I guess that's the super grip. Was hoping they would be slicker.
